It is the upper half of the figure, which is incorporated into the real scene. Legs are from the statue, torso was shot in the studio, in between - a smooth transition from bronze to skin ))
I got here by way of someone else's DA page. You just got a fan and a Watch!
The picture has a beautiful "cinematic" quality, by that I mean it looks as you'd expect it to look if it were part of a movie made in the 1950s or 1960s in Technicolor; a night scene in the film which focuses for a moment on the Angel of The Opera. Bravo!
Just wondering how did you manage to keep her fabric from falling? I love the whole series. It's very dramatic and beautifully set. This is my favorite photo however, along with number II Your model has a very statuesque and graseful appearance I really like the composition and lighting here, with the splash of green color, although I must say the editing to me looks a little strange. But either way kudos to you both!
Actually, the lower half of the figure is "original", i.e. belongs to the real bronze statue. Only the top of the figure is image of the model. I have very low skills in editing, so I just did numerous copy-paste operations to incorporate the photo of the girl into the photo of the statue )) Thank you so much for commenting!
